Unfortunately, we have to cancel our evening together

The tables had been set up, preparations were underway, and the excitement was palpable everywhere. That makes this news all the more difficult to accept:

Unfortunately, “Grünwald Leuchtet” cannot take place on September 16 due to current weather conditions.

We at the Schlosspassage Grünwald had also been really looking forward to this evening. After all, “Grünwald Leuchtet” is much more than just an event on the calendar. It’s an evening when people get together, eat together, stroll through Grünwald, and see many familiar and new faces.

Our retailers and restaurateurs had already made plans and prepared for the event. Among others, the Bauch butcher shop, Schrank seafood deli, and Cardia gourmet shop were set to contribute to the culinary portion of the evening with their offerings. Many other shops in and around the Schlosspassage were also looking forward to welcoming numerous guests and enjoying a very special atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the weather conditions do not allow for the event to be held safely. The decision is therefore the right one and necessary—even though it truly saddens us.

After all, a lot of hard work goes into an evening like “Grünwald Shines.” Many people are busy organizing, making arrangements, planning, and preparing long before the first guests arrive. We’d like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all of them for their dedication.

And, of course, we would also like to thank you for your understanding.

We would have loved to welcome you on September 16, share a meal, raise a glass, and brighten up Grünwald a little.

Unfortunately, Grünwald won’t be lit up this time. But we’re already looking forward to the next opportunity to celebrate with you.
