On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, it’s that time of year again: Gr\u00fcnwald lights up!<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s an evening we look forward to especially every year. Because when the lights come on along Luitpoldweg, music fills the air in Gr\u00fcnwald, and the streets fill with people, a unique atmosphere takes hold\u2014one that can really only be described if you\u2019ve experienced it yourself. <\/p>\n

And the best part for us: The SCHLOSSPASSAGE is right in the heart of the action. \u201cGr\u00fcnwald Leuchtet\u201d takes place all around\u2014and, of course, right inside\u2014our SCHLOSSPASSAGE. <\/strong><\/p>\n

An afternoon that slowly turns into the Festival of Lights<\/h2>\n

This year, “Gr\u00fcnwald Leuchtet” is starting a little earlier than usual:<\/p>\n

Coffee and cake will be served starting at 2:00 p.m.<\/strong>, before the festival officially begins<\/strong> at 3:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So it\u2019s the perfect time to stop by the SCHLOSSPASSAGE, take a leisurely stroll through the shops, meet up with friends, and then dive into the festivities together.<\/p>\n

Because the later the afternoon gets, the more the atmosphere changes: The tables fill up, music fills the air, people are raising their glasses here, meeting acquaintances there\u2014and before you know it, you realize that what started as a perfectly ordinary Wednesday afternoon has turned into a very special Gr\u00fcnwalder evening.<\/p>\n

Music, dance, and lots of fun<\/h2>\n

Of course, this year’s “Gr\u00fcnwald Leuchtet” will once again feature a program that runs throughout the afternoon and evening.<\/p>\n

By the time it gets dark, at the very latest, \u201cGr\u00fcnwald Leuchtet\u201d reveals the origin of its name. Light, water, and music transform the evening and create that special atmosphere for which the festival is now known far beyond Gr\u00fcnwald. <\/p>\n

Right in the middle of it all: the SCHLOSSPASSAGE Gr\u00fcnwald<\/h2>\n

For us, however, \u201cGr\u00fcnwald Leuchtet\u201d is so much more than just a nice street festival.<\/p>\n

It’s an evening of encounters.<\/p>\n

An evening when, while out shopping, you run into someone you haven’t seen in a long time. When a quick coffee suddenly turns into dinner together. When kids make a discovery, adults stop in their tracks, and you just go with the flow a little. <\/p>\n

That’s exactly why the SCHLOSSPASSAGE is the perfect meeting place on this day.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our stores, restaurants, and the entire shopping arcade will be part of the festival\u2014both indoors and outdoors, everything comes together to form a lively gathering place in the heart of Gr\u00fcnwald.<\/p>\n

Stroll, explore, enjoy<\/h2>\n

Maybe your “Gr\u00fcnwald Glows” afternoon will start with coffee and cake.<\/p>\n

Maybe you’ll take the opportunity to go on a little shopping spree through the SCHLOSSPASSAGE.<\/p>\n

Maybe you’ll get together for a meal, a drink, or just to hang out with friends at the long table.<\/p>\n

And maybe, in the end, you’ll stay much longer than you originally planned.<\/p>\n
